Number of Companies Limited to 65
To ensure the companies that attend have a satisfactory experience, this year we will be limiting the number of companies that can take part in the Safety Career and Internship Fair to 65.

Registration Levels with Unique Perks and Exclusive Access
We offer exclusive access when you register at the Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze levels. The Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze levels include benefits that will provide your company with more exposure and access to our students, and a tax-deductible donation that will support scholarships for students enrolled in Keene State’s Safety and Construction programs. Scholarship support is vital in helping us grow our Safety and Construction programs by attracting, retaining, and graduating more students.

As in past years, companies can choose to register at the Red/Base level, which will secure a table at the fair, without any of the exclusive benefits offered at the higher levels. See below for a complete list of levels and the benefits that accompany each.

Registration Details

The registration process will open on a rolling basis, with registration opening at different times for levels. The levels available for registration include Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze and Red/Base, with the Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze being the first to open (July 15^th) and Red/Base (July 16^th) being the last. Please pay attention to the registration dates and the number of available spots at each level. Spots will be filled on a first-come-first-served basis. For sponsorships of Silver Level and above, payment will be invoiced and be made by check, with a payment deadline of September 4. However, sponsorships at the Bronze and Red/Base levels can be paid during registration using a credit card. Stay attentive to the registration process and remember to follow the specific guidelines provided for each sponsorship level to ensure a successful registration. If you have any questions do not hesitate to reach out ahead of time.

July 15^th: Registration open for Gold level. (3 tables reserved)
July 15^th: Registration open for Silver level. (5 tables reserved)
July 15^th: Registration open for Bronze level. (15 tables reserved)
July 16^th: Registration open for Red level. (40 tables reserved)
September 4^th: All payments Bronze level and above are due to Keene State College via check.

Cancellations for this event are non-refundable.
